MOVING FROM TOYOTA TO HYUNDAI

Hi,
I have been with Toyota for 20 years and things at my dealership are going south in a hurry.
I have an opportunity to move to a HYUNDAI store for better working conditions and more pay.
My question is...
Has anyone moved from Toyota to Hyundai and what has your experience been?
How is the factory to work with? (warranty claims, obsolescence returns, stocking programs, factory website, damage claims, etc...)
Any help is appreciated.

It is a very friendly system to work with. I have found it to be better than Toyota's in most parts of the country.

Yes it's a very similar setup. Even the part numbers are similar. Claims are easy to work with too. LOTS of warranty. But then again, that's everywhere. Good Luck.

I worked at a Toyota dealership and did exactly as you did and went to a Hyundai dealership. Yes, very similar. I feel like Hyundai has a better format to order parts,do warranty, use LTS for coding and paying techs and bulletins/messages are easy to find. Their dealer portal is very well formatted and it is just as easy as Toyota to navigate IMO.
