True. We are always over 90% but we do the 5% thing. That's where my weeping comes from.

My D.M is scheduled to be on site the day after the webcast. She warned me yesterday, that we would have plenty of subjects to discuss. I don't see it, unless the new 30 pages of reading material has something hid in it.

Rest assured whatever is going to be announced in said webcast, it will
be something that will most likely "Provide Value" to the shareholders.

I think that they realized 2 things:
1.) The 4.25% is not that difficult to hit.
2.) We are too smart to figure out that if we are at 98% purchase loyalty the last week of the month and do a large filter order or equivalent at our WD and our % is still over 90% it hurts them in the long run.
Now dealers have the incentive to not do any extra orders to try to keep the rolling # at 100% or greater to get the extra 5% payout.

Again, most likely constructed by an Ivy League graduate that has never stepped foot anywhere except the showroom of an automotive dealership the last time they purchased their brand new BMW...
