NEW HONDA INFLATOR RETURN PROCESS

With the NEW HONDA INFLATOR RETURN PROCESS starting today (on the Honda iN today if you didn't see it) I have a question I like to ask for my fellow Honda dealers.

We have been putting in a copy of the WARRANTY QUICK CLAIM in every box. Nowhere in the new instructions do they say anything about doing this.

Have you been putting in a copy in each box? Isn't it needed? Thanks for your time.

WOW, a quick reply from my REP:

"No you don't need to include a copy of the claim, just do what's stated in the new procedure released today"
