Anyone else played around with the "new" Global? Clicked the test drive link on the home page this morning and it took me to a consent page. Clicked "I consent" and nothing happened. Gave up and moved on with my day, but just received an email a few minutes ago congratulating me for being an "early adopter". It had a link and when I clicked it I wound up getting to the new global.

I hope it's still on a test server or something. It's slower than the one we use now.

And most links I've clicked on just take you back to the old Global

nothing to be impressed about yet

Already seeing some things that suck.

Every click opens in a new window so after i click on 6 different things, I have 6 more windows open than I had before. Like a parts department doesn't already have enough things open.

To add insult to that, none of the windows have titles so the name of each window is exactly the same - no way to see what's inside.

And like my other post, every link you click on goes straight back to the old Global anyway so what's the purpose?

And everything is in square APP/ICON form and taking too much space. I guess that's to make it tablet friendly?

If it ain't broke don't fix it. Wait the current version doesn't work that well - so fix it. Oh yea, can't see enough yet to tell if it is fixed. However, based on past performance I wouldn't hold your breath.

This concerns me a little:

Probably no big deal, just seems a little odd. :( (BTW, this is in Firefox.)
Like others have said, it's just a portal right now. No big deal, yet anyway.
