GM OIL PROGRAM

GM OIL PROGRAM

Postby STUCKINPARTS » Mon Jul 20, 2015 3:19 pm

Is everyone using the Gm oil program for the bulk oil? Has anyone used Dexos approved bulk and saved a bunch of money? I'm asking because I have a vendor making a very nice offer to bring in his Dexos approved oil at $9.49/gal. Opinions?

If you quit the GM program it will kill your Sales Loyalty.

Dexos Bulk from GM comes in two options.
Option 1 is 11.86 not including a 10%discount, 5% return reserve and $1 per gallon IMR funds. which brings the total to $9.08 per gallon.
Option 2 is 9.75 per gallon but no discount or return reserve. I think you still get the $1 per gallon IMR but you would need to confirm that.

Overall, GM has better quality, well priced oils and you will be helping your loyalty out.

Don't forget the 4.25% payout at the end of the month.

That's not a very good deal unless they're including about 20 grand worth of equipment along with it
