SNAP INSTALLED THE NEW VERSION OF THE EPC YESTERDAY.
WE ARE HAVING SOME PROBLEMS THAT I WANT TO KNOW IF ANYONE ELSE CAN HELP US WITH.
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET THE " VEHICLE CHARTS" TAB TO OPEN . THIS IS IN THE INFORMATION TAB ON THE TOP RIGHT OF THE SNAP ON SCREEN?

ALSO- HAS ANYONE LEARNED HOW TO MAKE THE SCREEN FONT LARGER?

LASTLY --- DOES ANYONE HAVE THE TELEPHONE NUMBER TO SNAPON?
OUR EMAIL FEATURE WILL NOT FUNCTION AT THIS TIME AND I WOULD LIKE TO CALL THEM

THANKS,
(WE ALL WISH THAT WE HAD BACK THE OLD BLUE SCREEN R&R SYSTEM)

I've got an old number 1-800-443-6910, it worked the last time I tried to call them.

Copy from wct a few days ago.
And what about the small font! I'm an old fart and the small print gives me a headache.
We finally figured out the only way to make it larger, was to change the screen resolution

Minimize all windows and then rh click. Blows up everything tho.

If you click on the vehicle charts and give it a moment it should load. At least ours does, but it can take a few seconds. Don't think you can change text size without changing screen resolution. If you right click on the desktop and choose personalize, there are some options in there that might help you see the text better, but you will have to play around with it.

I have called the 888 994 6372 several times in the last week with no problem. Maybe a 10 minute wait or so but I still was connected to a tech. As for screen resolution I have been using the online version. That version I can enlarge with the zoom level to a pretty large size. The dvd or local version you can't. Also found out the online version is much faster most of the time than the dvd version. You must have your Flash and Java updated on your terminal for the zoom to work for the online catalog.
