Is there a way to do a supersession without the new part # taking the qty. of the old part #.

For example: old # has 27 in stock.

Do a s/s receipt for the new # so the SOR has the correct part on it.

NOW: new # shows 28 here & old part # shows 0 now in stock!

I have a bunch of parts - like keys - under the old #. Somehow they didn't all supercede to the new #. But I'm not sure what I did to make it happen that way LOL

give them a call at 800-371-3970 - they do have a great support team there for phone calls. A live person always answers. I just don't like having to explain the problem to the operator and then have to explain it again to whoever she sends me to. Other than that they are really good at answering questions.
