Global Warranty and IE11 issue

Setting up some new PCs in parts and seem to be able to get everything to work except Global Warranty. When I click on the parts return request, nothing happens at all. No pop up block notification - just nothing at all. I did mess with the pop up settings just in case and added autopartners but still nothing happens.

Anyone else have this happen and know of the fix?

n/m - got it to work by adding autopartners to Compatability View
