1% FIXED OP INCENTIVE

Received our incentive payment today and we did not get the 5% Fixed Op portion. According to the bulletin from July 1st they were going to hold off on the changes until October. Check you invoice, I am sure we will have to talk to our GM Fixed Op Manager to get this fixed.

Did you meet 105% of your July objective? That's the qualifier for the 5% Next month it will be July and August combined and after that it will be a rolling 3 months average.

You have to love the "BUY MORE!!" (thousands of dollars) so they can give you pennies in return.

It looks as though we missed the qualifier for the month. July was off all around for parts compared to 2014. All those ignition switch kits helped the gross last year, but made it hard to beat this year.

I got mine, and thank goodness I did! I'm still going to miss my profit goal, but by a whole lot less that I would if I missed that 5%.
