Reynolds to ADP Parts Maintenance

Hello all-

I tried searching and could not find what I was looking for.

I came from a Reynolds dealer to a dealer running ADP/CDK drive. The previous parts manager did not set up MOH or Per Job Qty on any part. I've been going through part numbers in PM and Im still not sure how to set "Minimum on hand" I know with Reynolds - 2101 and there is a "Min" field to fill out.

Can someone assist me on translating ADP/CDK terminology?

CDK uses a per job function, it is in function PM. By setting a quantity in this field the system will ensure that you have an on hand quantity of items in stocking status to perform the job.
