ATTN HONDA DEALERS JUST INCASE YOU MISSED IT:

American Honda Parts Division is announcing the following inflator kit price changes that are effective September 9, 2015.
Description New DN New MSRP
Driver Side Inflator Kit $125.76 $176.13
Passenger Side Inflator Kit $111.75 $171.92

These prices are not included in the September 1, 2015 Dealer Parts Price File update distributed to your DMS supplier. Please make these adjustments to your DMS system as necessary.

I had one store where this was a $150,000 appreciation in inventory value ... that no one wants to book as a positive gross adjustment in the month except the parts manager

So this runs contrary to all recall protocol of slashing parts to minimize dealer mark-up on recall parts. So why would Honda do this unless they had some assurance that they were going to be reimbursed by Takata? And will other makes follow-suit. My advice to managers right now - get as many as you can from your manufacturer - you are going to use them anyway and who doesn't want thousands in free gross.
