I did throw my worthless DMA under the bus. he has been nothing but useless since he became our DMA. he has absolutely no knowledge of Parts.

Just completed mine. Not expecting anything to change for the better or expecting to hear about the survey until about this time next year, but it feels good to get a chance to pretend someone at GM cares enough to at least consider how their customers feel about the way they do business.

It's kinda the same feeling you get on election day.
