GM Multiplier

So the Bulletin states the dealer should go to CCA tab> Incentives > Dealer > Purchase Multiplier Election Points
Problem is there is no Purchase Multiplier Election Points option there. Has anyone else ran into this? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Please note that only the Dealer Principal has access to the allocation page

My dealer principal called me in earlier this year to get my input on setting it up.
If your DP isn't the security controller for DealerWorld, he might NOT have it, esp if you work for a corporate/multiple location store.

I spoke with GM Progam Info headquarters, spoke to two different reps, and neither one have even heard of the Purchase Multiplier Election. At a loss now...

What is the CCA bulletin number & can I find it with the new Global?
I am the security person for our dealership and I have the dealer logins. I could look for it but I need to know what I am looking for and why.
