Anybody having issues with GM placing orders today?

First I thought it was Automate as I got an error when I sent my order in electronically - got a "no order found" message. So I called them, checked Global and there was no order showing in GM and no answerbacks. Automate had me send the order in again as they watched, using a different control #. Same thing happened so they figured it was on their end too.
So then I manually put the order in after again checking Global again for both earlier control #s and various part #s from the order and everything comes up "no search results..."
no search results for any of my orders today and no answerbacks
anyone else?

No problems here. ADP would bet a dollar you get both orders on Monday.

We had problems on Wednesday and Thursday, so far today we haven't had an issue. I ended up having placed 3 orders for the same part, system showed they didn;t go through. They were ship direct and of course of all times they shipped the same day so we didn;t get to cancel them. Now I am hoping that with my Service Request # I will be able to return them.

I'm even having a problem just sending in a test order now for a drain plug gasket. - no results found under the control # or the part #
On phone with SPAC again having them manually place it for me.
Why do I have a sneaky suspicion I'll be getting 4 of everything tomorrow and a drain plug gasket
This must be payback for being a douche to GM

That would mean they either A. Paid attention to a dealer and we know that doesn't happen or B they have feelings and again we know that isn't true (well maybe just the revenge feelings)

We had issues Weds and Thurs placing orders directly in Workbench. It took 15-20 minutes each day for the orders to release and show up as "on order" on inquiry

3 hours later and I'm still showing nothing.
I guess we'll find out tomorrow

Submitted a core return and over an hour later still no answerback........usually its within ten minutes. Must still have a problem

I woke up Saturday morning and checked Global again and there was still nothing. I put in another test order at about 2am Saturday for a drain plug gasket and it went right through.
Checked from home this morning and nothing at all about Fridays orders.
About 8:30 this morning, I looked again and 2 of the 4 orders are in the system now.
WTF?
