Just looked at my price update/adjustment report for the EOM.
One of my stocking tires part #88878344 someone must have fat fingered and accidentally put a core in the update. It showed a $511.00 core per tire in my system that I had to remove...

Look at your appreciation reports. we have 50+ tire numbers with cores added

Excellent, this way all the manual corrections we make will automatically be reversed, and we will have to manually un-correct them.

Core Charge Added in Error to Tires for October 1, 2015

To: Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac Dealers and Medium Duty Service Centers
The exchange price on 673 tires was added in error on the 10/1/2015 price file. Dealers will not actually be charged the exchange price. The dealers can go to GMTIREBILLING to verify prices or call the Tire Program at 877-728-4737. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
