Posted: Wed Oct 21, 2015 5:36 pmReynolds did an update last night (10-20-15) and changed the way cores appear on repair orders and counter tickets .Prepare to have your warranty claims with cores on them to bounce. It adds the core to you part price and when you submit to GM they reject it for markup excessive.
