When a part is requested from the WPC and we return that part is the admin credit automatic or do we have to submit for it

Warranty clerk has to submit for it

What kind of credit do we get back? I never knew about this and I am sure my warranty clerk never files for it, who gets the credit, parts?

hopefully you get the credit and not service

My warranty guy who is in his 70's never even heard of this? Does anyone know where I can look? Does any know if there was ever a bulletin out there on procedure for this? Thanx
