Hello Sir- do you put your batteries under your manufacturer or OT? We are GM, so it's GM or OT. Batteries have a 8 digit GM number, but are not on the master tape... thanks!

we put them in GM under the 8 digit part number and manually update pricing since they're not on the price tape

I keep trying to delete a part, and it wants to know where I want to merge it to?

yeah, that sucks doesn't it? if it doesn't have any history that you care about, merge it with any number in your system and it will disappear...

Thanks, once again. Last question (I doubt it), we use GM part#'s for batteries. I suppose I will use GM, not OT, and price update on yes. Is that your doing as well? Thanks!!!

Yep we put tires in GM under the GM number and let the price tape update them..

Hey since you're offering dealertrack help.. Do you know of a way to " save " an invoice to keep shop supplies on until the end of the month. Thanks for ANY help !
