Chrysler MR Question

Filed a partial shortage claim weeks ago and haven't received credit yet. Anyone familiar with Chrysler parts know what I'm doing wrong...? I can't figure out how to post a screen shot.

In the MRA Claims, summary tracking it shows status 'S' and "credit pending depot approval high sra".

They hate to pay those shortage claims. Try faxing a copy to the depot asking them to credit you. dont let it get past 60 days or they wont pay it at all.

Thanks for the reply. I actually checked yesterday afternoon and it PAID! Took them 2 weeks from the date it was submitted. Thanks again.
