New to Hyundai: who can I call or email to find out where we are the list for B.O,d engines?
Is there a way to get an engine UPGRADED to get closer to the top of the list?

When I was with Hyundai, I just called my DM and asked him to find out the info on Backordered items and he was able to either push them along and get me them OR at the very least give me the info needed..

Right now they are all on backorder. It's a pretty bad situation. First off make sure you are ordering the correct engine. i.e. shortblock, long block, new or reman. Order on an SPL order. That's the highest. In 24 hours it will backorder. You can then add an X-VOR. Everything is done by e-mail with California after that. You can ask for an ETA after 24 hours on the X-VOR. Always cc your district manager and keep him in the loop. There is certainly a lot involved. Right now ther's an incentive to trade those folks out of those cars and into new. Good luck..

What are you billing out for a cost on oil? We only bill the dipstick & have a left over on the claim $1.83. But, My cost on the oil is $1.89/qt. Should we be billing in ounces?
