I know this has been asked before but I have been searching the threads for the last week and cant come up with it. I have a supercharger that had a $300 core on it and the general called it back to wpc. Where can I find the process to collect my $300. I also seached through the messages on global and parts and policy and I give up. Help!

From 4.1.2.3 - Core Return Policies in the Service P&P manual...

For all Service Agents, core charges for parts that are returned to the WPC, will be fully reimbursed through the Global Warranty System, by the dealer submitting for core reimbursement in the “Net Item” section, in the “Freight and Postage” field when submitting the transaction for payment.

Give a copy to the warranty admin & he/she can request the debit for the core value.

And make sure your warranty clerk knows how to post the credit to the correct account when he/she gets it because you won't get any paperwork on it
