GM's On-A-Roll tire program

We'd like to hear from parts managers involved in the pilot program for On-A-Roll.

As the program is rolled out in other areas of the country, parts managers are interested in hearing what the pilot experience was like.

How much tire inventory was needed? Where was it stored? How did service advisors handle the introduction of technicians to customers?
