ADP RPR REPORT

Good Morning... I'm curious if any of you who are aware of this report can tell me whether it can be manipulated... I'm being asked by our Office Manager! It is a Service Advisor Productivity Report. TIA

I'm assuming your concerned about the dollar amounts? If so, than I would say no, those numbers come directly from the closed tickets and the labor types that the advisors use. Obviously, the number of tickets and/or op-codes could be manipulated.
