Pay Plan based on CSI

I'm a GM parts manager and part of my pay is based on service CSI and Dealership SFE bonus. How can I tell if service CSI equals zone average and if the dealership met the SFE bonus ? I'm getting no help from the GM/ Owner / DPM

For CSI you can go into the dealerpulse site off Global and look at your numbers vs. region, etc. Assumes you have access, if not see your PSC.

As for SFE bonus - that is a more difficult and may require the dealer's login. Anyone else know how to get this without the dealer's login. I have our dealer's login so, for me, not an issue.
