Being more specific, create a report generator stock order for rim status code 01 parts. These are parts that RIM is not managing for whatever reason, but you might want to stock. Message me for exactly how to create this.
There are many parts that RIM does not manage correctly. An example is diesel fuel filters in the winter. Recognize these parts and manually order them to cover your real demand. Make sure your counter people perform lost sales, or at least discuss each lost sale with you to determine if you should record it.
