CP-is it Dollars or Hours

Total dollars per Ro parts and service, and keep the gp correct in each department. I am now looking at dollars of gp per ro and i dont care if its made in parts or service or if if i pay the tech 3 hours or 4 hours.

ABCD: Sales Dollars: $135.00 Sale $$
ABCD: Labor Cost: $30.00 Tech Cost
Profit on this Op is $105.00 Profit

If you lock your cost per Op Code to reach the G.P. you want to make, Does it matter what your Hours per Op Code are which equals Hours per Repair Order. Do You Pay a Flat Rate for a Op. Code or Tech Cost Flat Rate Dollars times the Hours per Op Code? If you pay the latter I will bet you are listening to the Techs in the Shop as to what the Hours per Op Code should be!! Pay a flat rate cost per Op reguardless of the Tech doing the job, Senior or Junior!! You will make a whole lot of money!
