C.S.I.

We have another question concerning C.S.I... does anyone know how GM figures the C.S.I. scores and how they weight each question? Why would they not provide that information to the dealers? That is like, not providing the scores to the advisors so they can see how they are doing...or is their an outside source that might provide that info?
