Diag worksheet

Anybody have a good diagnostics worksheet the service consultans can use in doing the write up interview?

I had one that was about four pages long, too long for anybody to really use, just seemed a bit overwhelming. I would like to see what others are using, then maybe develope a single page interview sheet.

I usually find good worksheets and ideas from GM Dealerworld's ROS system. If you don't have access I'll be glad to look for you. We probably don't use what we should at write up, I'm looking into that myself. We do use a GM multi-point inspection sheet that can increase upsales.
