Guy's I need Help! we are a Large GM dealership over 5000 repair orders total a month we currently are looking at a BDC center to help develop business and maintain our current business I would like this BDC to be managed in the service department, my question is does anyone have any ideas or know of anyone that is doing this and is successful at it? if so I would like to get some ideas.
