How do you tell which customers are going to get the survey?

My CSI just crashed from mid 80's to mid 60's because a couple Pontiac customers[both females] didnt like there G6's.

Anybody thought about the SFE money being tied to CSI, and just how many stores are seeing a drop in their CSI numbers all of a sudden?
