is anyone using auto revenue or a simular company ?? and how well does is it work ?? did you drop direct mail etc...

Auto Revenue is a solid company with a good program. They are a bit slow to implements, and rigid about what they will and will not do.
I have and continue to use them, but fewer of their features as competitors with less restrictive systems come available.
