Service Advisor Guides

We have a shop with 2 service advisors/managers, 5 line techs, 2 LOF techs (on one hoist). I am looking for production guides for the SA's. Does anyone know a site to find these guides and other dealership guides like NADA's?

Also, since our SM is also a writer, they are fairly swamped at all times and the office gets frustrated at the calls they have to handle for the service dept. Based on the above numbers, does it look like we could consider another support person in service? We do from 18-23 LOF's per day, which are processed by the same SA's.
