to spiff or not to spiff?

I think flushes have there place in service just as Tune-ups and Brake jobs do. But for proper maintenance and repair NOT to rip off the customer. We all know we can get too aggressive with brake jobs...(Tech selling a brake job based on mileage, and the owner just had the brakes done a week ago). I think its the same with flushes.
