Parts to Labor dollar ratios

Anyone else seen a decline in the ratio of parts to labor dollars? If so what franchises do you have?

Since the begining of Feb. ours has dropped about seventeen cents. Could just be a fluke this month. I just hope it is not the begining of something bad. The way they pay our ASMs doesn't help. Labor only. Toyota store, two countys south.

Ours has dropped quite a bit in the last couple months, too. I'll have the cashiers start holding "labor only" tickets aside so I can review them.

Our advisors are paid on labor only as well. I don't think this has anything to do with the current trend....I just don't see them consciously structuring jobs that way.
