DCX employee 25% parts discount

DaimlerChrysler offers it's corporation employees a 25% discount on over-the-counter parts thru a coupon printed out off their internet website. In the past we have honored this by placing the parts on the repair orders and submitting to DCX for reimbursement. Now DCX has declined to reimburse us on parts charged out on RO because it doesn't show the list and discount per line item. We are on R&R and input the discounts per job in miscellaneous. We can charge the parts out on a counter ticket but then the advisors do not receive credit for the parts they sold. Is any one else charging out the parts and giving the 25% discount and being reimbursed? How are you doing this? I'm sure there is a way but I may be overlooking it. Thanks
