I compared the two.. scheduler is easier for the customer. Figured out the waiter issue. I think BMW has special pricing but not for us.

Xtime is the only way to go. We have increased our on line appts by customers by 10%. It is real easy for them to make appts. Our BDC is going up on Xtime next week. We have been on Xtime for 4 years. 14 stores and will be adding our 3 Harley-Davidson stores in the next few months. It is the BOMB! Ferman Automotive Group in Tampa Fl. The campaigns for no show appts, appt reminders, maint reminders, & new & used veh 1 appts are out of this world. Call for a demo & check it out!

Dollar Bill no way scheduler easier for customers, Xtime showed us the new consumer release (end of May) takes less than 30 seconds for customers to make appts. They also have programs with Lexus, Chrysler, Mercedes Honda and Acura, Toyota dealers can piggyack off Lexus deal we did and they gave some pricing for our 10 other locations

X-time is great I've used it in several stores. One command is every bit the tool at half the cost, and one third the set up time
