I am sitting down trying to add scripts to a BDC call center for recalls, missed appts, declined service, etc. and didn't we just a have thread on scripts?

Can anyone send me theirs as a good example? robc@dealersedge.com

I would be interested also as I just started a follow up process. I am going to call all customers with critical repairs declined at 2 days, maintenance at 7 days and general repairs at 10 days. I have a couple of scripts I will post mon. or Tues. but sure would like to see more.
