Does anyone have current fixed operation performance benchmarks for a domestic dealership or know where I could get them?

I think you're GM right? Look on DealerWorld for the Retail Operating System (ROS) link. It has alot of benchmarks and solutions.

As a Dodge dealer our reps have sevaral benchmark reports available. Check with the factory. Another valuable source of information I also consider is our 20 Group composite. Regards

If your dealer is an NADA member, their website has several pages of benchmarks.

I think you might be able to get some from ATCON as well.
