All Toyota Guys please read

Im a Toyota dealer and am curious if you guys are seeing the same trends as me...hpro down,maintenance work up,cp work down.My advisors have always been pretty good so i was curious what is happening in the rest of the world...

Basically exactly what we are seeing at the present time. October actually was the first month in which we saw a decrease in RO count. Traffic we do have are only doing the necessary things, and nothing extra at this time.

Depends on what part of country you are in.
We are isolated from the rest of the country and have not felt the hurt yet.
We are up all over and it seems to have no end.

Our repair count is down slightly but our cp labor ro average and sales are up over 15%. We have focused on a quality write up spending more time with our customers. Time building value in everything that you recommend/offer to your customers makes all the difference in closing the sale.
