But I figure you want how many horus should it pay. Personally I've always worked from price backwards and then tweaked it over the first few months from there. So if a service is $45 retail, it would pay an hour flat rate (if that is what my body shop labor rate is). Sometimes on new offerings you might need to do some competitive survey digging to get the right numbers.
Other than that here are my best guesses if I had to plug a number in today:

Of course what you include in each of the services is really going to sway those numbers. For instance, I know many detailers that will include carpet painting/dye and minor paint/dent work in a full detail.
