Distance Learning (GM)

The first class of Oct was supposed to be broadcast on 10-4-99 at 9:00 Eastern time. For some reason the broadcast did not work. When I called the Enrollment Center they were not able to answer any questions about the problem with the broadcast or any questions about the times for future broadcast. The afternoon class worked fine (as long as you knew the times for the broadcast were Eastern and not Central). The afternoon class was Into to ABS Brakes. My question is: If a tech is enrolled to go to the GM Training Center for this class, can they take the Distance Learning class intead? Will they get credit on the Dealer Training Standards? Do any of the Distance Learning classes require prerequists such as S.E.T.? What if a tech takes a class but doesn't have the prequistes? Will he get credit for the class after he completes the prereq's?

Anybody know who to call for answers?

good questions jc. I have asked these questions of both the STG/Raytheon training consultants and anyone I could talk to at IDL. None of them know the answers either.
As the answers come in, this would be a good place to post them as we all "patiently" await the answers.
