LATTERAL SUPPORT STRUCTURE

We have used latteral support for over 2 years and have been quite successful,however we currently have 1 service consultant for each of the 4 groups. Each consltant loads their group with work and knows what they have and what work they can take in..I have been thinking about having all service consultants write for all groups but somewhat concerned about how the work gets dispatched to the groups(we have ero with no dispatcher)..if anyone has any suggestions please respond

What are you trying to achieve with ASM's writing for all of your teams?

Stick to your current system. While you will have vaiances between groups because of advisor stength, you have greater control of the final product.
