R&R reprinting invoices

Can anyone tell me quickly how to reprint old invoices on R+R systems (it looks like an ERAs). This is in response to a dealer's question who currently only uses screen 3651 (close-out) to reprint invoices. Of course, invoices only stay in that screen for a few months. I would think that there has to be another screen to back further if we needed to. Ideas?

You can reprint invoices for as long as you have your system profile is set to keep invoice detail. If the particular system is set for 6 months, once 3112 Monthly Purge runs, invoice detail that is older than 6 months is purged.

You can not do anything about the invoice already purged but for the future, you can have the customer call the Technical Assistance Center and request that the number of months to retain service detail be increased. There should be no charge for this.

However, keep in mind that the longer you keep detail, more disk space is used. The number of months you can retain will depend on how large the drive is. Most S boxes should be able to retain 12 months but that depends on the server and how much data they already have.

It has been my experience in 3 different stores that have R+R system's that in the 3651 screen you can reprint invoices for up to 13 months. After that they are gone for good! I know of no other screens for older documents....
