Tech pay for safety inspections

The key here is not whether you pay or inecentivize a technician for his or her inspection efforts, it is in the performance goals you establish along with the pay/incentive and measurement of the results v goals.

I am in many stores that pay for inspections. RO validations we perform in these same stores indicate no increases/improvements in sales per CP RO, many RO's do not have an inspection and in many cases minimal recommendations made and minimal sales generated.

The multi-point inspection is a huge tool in building relationships for life that recommend, prepare and sell your customer more value added maintenance and services the right way!

The key truly is "Consistency" in the use of the inspections with each and every customer while communicating the value in the inspection, what is in good shape, needed in the next and or future service visit(s)
