New service manager needs help

Recently or shop foreman got promoted to Service Manger. What im looking for is what reports he should be looking at Daily , Weekly and Monthly. Were on Reynolds and were a Chrysler Store

Go into the 3600 menu screen and basically everything there. Well not everything but just about.

What you need to run depends on what needs to be watched and is a matter of opinion. This list is not all inclusive and I am going to try to remember the report numbers.

Daily - Open ROs, # of ROs opened and Lbr Hrs sold and total gross (these are usually on the DOC).

Weekly - tech production report (3373), advisor report (3611), ELR (3606), exception report (3619)

Monthly - Warranty schedule and factory reports, Expenses, results vs projection, and the weekly reports run for the whole month.
