does anybody else out there have any small tricks for raising CSI scores? Does anybody give any any free gifts or perks for returning a "completley satisfied" survey?

The best thing I ever did to raise my CSI score was to have someone in the dealership, contact each CSI customer by phone 1st of all and then offer them a free oil change to send in their survey. You also have to tell them they will only get the free oil change after their score has been posted. This seems to work the best and it also keeps you with in your guide lines for the factory.

Guys,

Solicitation of replies does not correct your csi problems. It's merely a band aid quick fix that spikes scoring a point or two. What I have done in my stores is a couple things. I eliminated the capital cost of providing free LOF's etc, and went to the root problem. How I got this info is a long story. Big supporter of processes, etc. Implemented the following application www.autosurvey.com and within 60 days had a dramatic change in the Honda store, and increases across the board in my other roof tops.

Hope this helps.
