Solicitation of replies does not correct your csi problems. It's merely a band aid quick fix that spikes scoring a point or two. What I have done in my stores is a couple things. I eliminated the capital cost of providing free LOF's etc, and went to the root problem. How I got this info is a long story. Big supporter of processes, etc. Implemented the following application
www.autosurvey.com and within 60 days had a dramatic change in the Honda store, and increases across the board in my other roof tops.
