CP versus Warranty

Hi all I'm new here any I am impressed with the site.

I'm working with my CP to warranty sales ratios. As always CP sales are a battle.

I'm curious what ratios the group is seeing in the southwest.

It may depend on what manufacturer you are with. We are a southwest Toyota dealer and are at $9 CP to $1 Warranty Labor

Big consideratioin we dealt with on the factory side. How transient are your customers. Warranty is usually guaged on cost per unit. If you didn't sell the car it shouldn't be applicable to that equation.
