I am interested in hearing viewpoints from Service Directors and/or Service Managers on the following questions.
1. What is information is important to you when it comes to your current service department DMS application, besides printing repair orders, color of screens and history review?
Examples may be shop loading, shop capacity, electronic repair order, dispatching, appointment control, departmental or technician performance reporting, service price guide, etc.
2. How would you compare the performance of Reynolds, ADP and UCS against smaller DMS vendors such as Adam, AutoMate, AutoSoft, Arkona and Dubuque?
