Dubuque Data DMS

Has anyone heard of or use Dubuque Data. If so how is their system from a Service point of view.

I used it at a previous dealership. I didn't like it much, but at that point I was doing sales & parts more. It was a pain, but its a lot more simple then ADP, which I use now. ADP has a bazillion options, which most dealers don't use 90% of them. DDS (Dubuque Data System) has less options, but it worked very well. I remember only calling for tech support 1 or 2 times every year.
