Great customers...with maint. included, they are very loyal, even when that perk is gone and they pay for their services. If you treat the BMW customer right( and these are busy, professional, want to be catered to people), you WILL have a customer for life. Familiarize yourself with the BMW processes and make the customer feel like a guest in your home. Show the value of doing service with YOU. I think you'll find this a delightful franchise to be with.
